Ammu in the pond

Once upon a time there lived a girl. Her name was Ammu.  She had blue eyes. Her cheeks were red. Everyone liked her. She was very soft.






There was a pond in her house. It was backside of her house. 
One day she saw a lotus flower smiling there.

She wished to watch it closely. But she did not  like to pluck it. So she asked her mother's permission to go near the pond.But she was not permitted.

Everyday she watched it through the window. One day her mother went to market. She was alone there. So she visited the pond. She felt that the flower was calling her. So she wished to go near it. It  was  in the middle of the pond. But Ammu did not know the depth of that pond.

As she started to touch the flower, she was drowned. Nobody was there to save her.

2) Second end:



When she was about to step into the water, her kitten saw it. It ran to her and  said, " Don't do. Don' t do. Stand here and see. There is a snake in the pond."

Hearing this Ammu watched it from the shore with kitten.
